£2.20* postage and packing will apply. Your order will be despatched via recorded delivery, on clearance of your cheque. Please make the cheque payable to Silvana Briers and write your cheque guarantee number on the reverse, sending it to the address below.
Each item will be supplied with a gift box.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return within 14 days and I will refund or replace, provided the item is unworn and undamaged and returned in the original package. However, because of hygiene considerations, I cannot exchange/refund earrings. Please contact me prior to returning and ensure that you receive a certificate of posting.
Be aware: I'm not into mass manufacture, I work alone and always have orders on the go, so please do not order if you want something urgently, I cannot promise to do that.
One last thing: the prices shown are subject to change. Please check before ordering as the cost of the raw materials may have increased.

* If you are ordering more than a couple of small items, it might be wise to request special delivery which would be an extra £3.50. Recorded delivery means that you sign for it on arrival, it does NOT insure you for loss of jewellery in the post: however, special delivery includes £500 compensation and whether you want it or not, next day delivery. It's up to you.
Fine silver = 99.9% silver
Sterling silver = 92.5% silver
(usually the other 7.5% is copper)
All my silver jewellery weighs less than 7.78g, therefore it is not legally required to be hallmarked.
